Laurie Arehart - SVP of Property Operations, joined The Franklin Johnston Group in March 2020. She oversees the management of a portfolio of communities throughout Rhode Island, New Jersey, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Laurie holds a Certified Apartment Manager designation from the National Apartment Association. She has been in the property management industry for over 24 years, previously employed with Panco Management, HHHunt Corporation and A.J. Dwoskin and Associates. Laurie was a previous President and Vice President of the Roanoke Valley Apartment Association and is currently a member of the Property Management Association. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Administrative Systems from Radford University.
